ALL AROUND HAPPINESS" - Rev Allen Wells

 We become happy by making others happy.  But our ability to bring happiness to others must arise from our own.  So it's a circle that can be win-win. But if we confuse happiness with self-focus, or generosity with self-sacrifice, our circle can become lose/lose.  I'd like to share some insights from the Buddha as to how to create all around happiness and alleviate the suffering that arises from a lose-lose way of looking at life.
